One of my most FAVORITE genres to sing is Jazz. It's funky and freeflowing. This audio recording is from a Jazz Concert with New Sounds my freshman year in college. I sang the lead as "Cool Kitty" telling everyone about the "Boy from New York City." Brings back so many fun memories...

This is such a fun song by Ingrid Michaelson. Her lyrics are always surprising, creative, and somewhat ridiculous. I'll warn you now, there are many more Ingrid songs to come--i feel a certain kinship with her musical style.

I am somewhat of a perfectionist, but as i am not yet an accomplished guitarist, i make mistakes and it is nearly impossible to get a flawless run through of these songs. So in order to keep my sanity and save countless hours on multiple takes, i ask for your grace and patience as to the little slip ups in my videos. They add character right? :)
